Bistro 107 showcases the training we offer at the Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Professionals.  The restaurant opens for a la carte lunches and dinners. It is fully licensed and very competitively priced.

Restaurant seating capacity
Should you be considering a group booking, Bistro 107 can seat 40 covers for a full table served meal. We can also provide a semi-private dining area that can also be used for private business meetings and a totally private room seating 12 for dining.

Fully licensed restaurant
We offer a competitively priced wine list offering an excellent selection of New Zealand and international wines. Bottled beers are available and our students are happy to provide cocktails if so desired.
