Training Restaurant

WelTec’s Training Restaurant is located on Level 3 in the state-of-the-art WelTec School of Hospitality.
The school is located in the heart of Wellington’s thriving hospitality industry in lower Cuba Street.

The Restaurant offers Trainee Chefs and Front of House Staff the opportunity to practice their skills
on real guests.

Opening dates for the first half of the year:

May 6-9, 13-16, 20-23, 27-30
June 5-6 (Lunch only)
June10-13 (Lunch and Dinner)
June 19 & 20 (Lunch only)
June 26 & 27 (Lunch only)

The menus will change seasonally, and a set menu is offered for groups of over 20.

Dinner: served between 6pm and 6.30pm
Lunch: served between 12pm and 12.30pm
