WelTec offers a one day programme in:

  • Testing for safety 8am-12pm 
  • First Aid and CPR 1pm-4.30pm

For electrical workers, other than cable jointers and line mechanics, wishing to renew their Practising Licence. Programmes are scheduled on most Fridays during the peak re-licencing period and monthly for the rest of the year. Special courses can be run for employers with groups of attendees.

If not utilising the First Aid/CPR component of this course you must have completed it before attending and you must bring proof of completion.

Note: This programme is not suitable for Trainee or Limited certificate applicants as it does not cover safe working practices, instruction or testing or full first aid and CPR unit instruction.

The EWRB require that during this course of instruction you will be assessed for compentency according to your level of knowledge. This is achieved by written/oral testing of regulations/standards and observation of your testing.

The EWRB require formal identification of all attendees so please bring photo identification, e.g. driver's licence or passport.
