Enrolment Guide

1. Please click and download/print out and complete a WelTec Enrolment Form, Supplementary Application Form and Consent to Disclosure of Information Form.

2. Please download a Course Selection Sheet for your chosen programme on the programme page and tick the courses you wish to study.

3. Please post all the forms into WelTec, Private Bag 39814, Wellington Mail Centre, Lower Hutt 5045 or hand them into one of our Campuses.
