Begin a career in bricklaying with the Certificate in Brick and Block Laying. Completing our pre-trade qualification will reduce your apprenticeship hours and will equip you with real skills to allow you to step into the industry and apply your knowledge.

Entry requirements
12 NCEA Level 1 credits each in literacy and numeracy or equivalent knowledge/experience. 

Applicants 20 years of age or older are welcome to apply.

For applicants who have English as a second language, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent is required.

Where will it take me?
Employment opportunities include apprenticeship or employment within the brick and tiling industry leading to master tradesperson or masonry contractor.
