This programme covers a wide variety of topics which will further develop existing skills and prepare students for a career in an office environment. It features 'work ready' skills in business administration functions, customer service and team skills with supporting computer applications. Students will be encouraged to undertake relevant work experience.

Entry requirements
A minimum of 8 credits NCEA Level 1 in literacy (reading and writing) and 8 credits NCEA Level 1 numeracy (maths) or equivalent personal, practical, professional or educational experience of an appropriate kind.
Alternatively, applicants 20 years of age or older are welcome to apply.
For applicants who have English as a second language, a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent is required.
Where will it take me?
You may find employment as office administrators, customer service consultants, personal assistants, receptionists and word processor operatos, or progress onto further study with the Certificate in Business Administration (Level 4).
