This programme offers you the opportunity to gain the skills and qualifications necessary to become a trainee or junior manager on major construction projects. The National Diploma in Construction Management meets the academic requirements of both the New Zealand Institute of Clerks of Works and the New Zealand Institute of Building. It is also a requirement of those interested in a career in building inspection. For those students that are academically capable this is a fast track to management in the construction industry.

Entry requirements
50 credits at NCEA Level 2, with at least 12 credits in each of Maths, Science and English. Successful completion of the first year or equivalent unit standards will gain entry into the second year of this programme.

Alternatively, applicants 20 years of age or older are welcome to apply.
