Programme Orientation Trimester 1, 2012

WelTec is pleased to welcome all new students!

Orientation is an important part of your programme. All new students are expected to attend. It is optional for returning students continuing on the same programme but if you need to re-new your ID card or complete your enrolment, we advise you make sure you get this sorted before your programme starts.

If you have any questions regarding Orientation or if unable to attend, please contact Student Advisors on 0800 WelTec (935 832)

Orientation is an opportunity to meet your tutors and other students, and ensure you are ready to start on day one. All essential programme information, timetables and room locations will be given during your orientation.

You will be able to:

  • Get your student ID card
  • Arrange your computer access and logon
  • Get your Programme Handbook and timetable
  • Familiarise yourself with support services

There are two parts to Orientation: your Programme Orientation session and then there is the General Orientation session. The General Orientation session will provide you with all the information you need to make your time at WelTec a great experience and you can make sure you have everything sorted before you start your studies.

Please check the following timetables to see what day and time your Programme Orientation is on:
