International Enrolment Form*
E-mail the completed enrolment form with the required documents to international@weltec.ac.nz or deliver with attached documentation to the contact details provided.

Enrolment Assessment
Once we receive your application we will assess whether you meet the entry requirements for your chosen course.

|
Offer of Place
Once your application is approved we will send you an Offer of Place. This will also include an acceptance of offer form, payment details, airport arrival and accommodation information.

|
|
Fee payment
Return the completed Acceptance of Offer form with your fees payment. Please note the WelTec refund policy conditions with regard to any changes to your enrolment.

|
Accommodation & Arrival
If you require airport pick-up or accommodation please return the relevant forms to WelTec International.
|
|
|
|
Student visa
We will issue you with a receipt for payment once we have received your fee payment and your completed Acceptance of Offer form. You will need the receipt to apply for your student visa at the nearest New Zealand Embassy or High Commission.

Arrival in New Zealand
OWelTec welcomes you to New Zealand. You then hoin other international students for the WelTec orientation programme and commence your studies in New Zealand.

Credit Transfer
At the time of application WelTec can consider previous study or prior learning as credit towards Bachelor Degrees or 2-year Diplomas. Credit can be considered for significant work experience in a relevant field. Please provide course descriptions from your previous study, detailing the subjects and outcomes achieved.
